In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
What type of issue are you experiencing?
• Fibre Down - Flashing red LOS on the ONT.
• Abnormal Fibre Levels - High LOS.
• Config - Flashing PON, Incorrect Speed Profile, Layer 3 to Layer 2 vice versa.
• Intermittence - Connection goes off and on.
• Speed - Speeds not reaching the defined amount or slow at times.
• Wi-Fi - None, Off, SSID/Password, Range, Channel.
• No Connection - Down, no other types apply.
• Suspected Outage - Network infrastructure damage found.
• Activation - Provisioning of new lines.
• Request - ONT move, Fibre Move, ONT Swap (Damaged/non-functioning ONT).
